Great size, great quality capture, good photo and video recording. If you're looking for a reasonably priced camera that does all you need at a midrange level this is the one for you. Light weight and easy to travel with, this camera can go anywhere and do pretty much everything too!

Costs less and gives better video quality than my Panasonic G85, in a smaller package. HLG2 is worth the work to edit, 120fps HD footage is a blast. This is for more than the vloggers!

A little camera that packs a punch, it has so many features you will be surprised

This is a hybrid point and shoot camera with strong video capabilities, and is geared to vloggers, spur of the moment video, and various types of journalists. Big plus is a one inch sensor, ability to take external microphones, and use an attachment handle. Downside is a limited zoom range (by design), cost, limited battery life and it only records 20-30 minutes at 4K before the heat warning shuts it down. 2K is up to 13 hours and you can run it off of a USB battery bank or dummy battery. Don't buy this solely as a camera, but if you want something to take with you nearly everywhere and record video better than any smartphone it's ideal.

I have Sony 18-105/f4 and ZV-E10, and they work well together. Then I need a f1.8-2.8 zoom lens. I checked Sony, Sigma and Tamron, and decided to buy a ZV-1. It meets my expectation. Yes, it has a 1 sensor, just as many professional camcorders have. ZV-1 takes good video, and it is not just for begginers. You pay half price to get all the new features of Sony's new cameras, if you don't care about viewfinder. For vlogging, ZV-1 is good enough. Someone said that Sony made ZV-E10 to sell more their lenses. It has some true in it.

Sony the one and only for a point and shoot. ZV-1 has an outstanding picture quality, very fast auto-focus, face detection works well. Ease of set up, audio quality is great, it's small and compact. Low light is awesome, the over all quality of video and audio for the price can not be beat and I'm a Canon and Panasonic man for videography. I started out using Sony Beta and 3/4 equipment back in the 80's.

I use it for self recording I'm still learning all features but it has crisp video and amazing still photos

ZV-1 is a very good camara for video. Picture quality I gave it 4 stars. I use mainly for video.

I got this camera with the intention of starting to produce more video content for my businesses. I've had a handful of cameras in the past that were either way too powerful for what I needed or didn't have enough (or quality wasn't what I wanted). After watching countless video review videos I landed on this one. I got white because I like to annoy myself when I get nice things dirty, but when it's not dirty it looks great and doesn't blend in to all my other equipment. Harder to lose. The quality is amazing and it's super user friendly for someone who isn't becoming a professional videographer but wants great looking videos to represent the business.
