Very pleased with the Audeze purchase. The headphones are easy to setup and connecting to my Xbox is consistently good. No issues with mic or sound and I'm a fan of utilizing the headphones to watch shows through apps on Xbox as well.

I have been through several gaming headsets for the PS5. I have finally landed on a pair that not only look and sound sleek, but do EXACTLY what I need. The digital AI noise cancellation works perfectly when eliminating background noise. But not only that, these cans have some amazing sound pumping through these magnetic drivers. No wonder Sony opted to buy Audeze.

Connection to PS5 and PC is easy with the included usb-c adapter. Just make sure to pick the right source with the flick of a switch. You can update firmware and download custom EQs from the Audeze site, as well. Getting used to not using an app to make changes is a bit of a drag, but it’s worth it in the end to not have it.

I have used ‘em all: Razer, SteelSeries, and Turtle Beach. Each have their own strengths but too many weaknesses. The Audeze Maxwell are just the perfect headset to add to your collection.

Headset is great, my only complaint is that the pressure needs time to equalize when you put the headset on your head

I'm not a gamer, so I only use these for listening to music or movies. The sound is fantastic and easily customizable if they don't suit your taste. I'm not going to say they're super comfy, but your head is probably different than mine.

I was looking into this headset for about a month and finally bought them for Christmas. Good sound quality, great materials, just a great pair of headsets.

OK, I've had these all of four hours, and DON'T want to take them off! I'm NOT a 'headset person', but freedom of movement is important, especially with a dog, rolling game chair, and other ways that cords become a problem. Sooo... I did my internet research and settled for best sound (very satisfied with that).

My concern was about feedback on adjustability, but I think the negative reviews were misleading on that. The mounting pegs for the leather head strap offer 6 height variations. They should be unscrewed when repositioning the straps rather than forcing the straps off of the peg. No stretching issue then. With unequal positions, you get 6 adjustments and one will certainly fit your ears just right without that annoying 'gonna slide' feeling. Everything stays put even with a good head shake.

Instructions are non-language pictorials, but a quick video review will show what the controls are for, if you don't do 'signs'. The wiring for anything you need to do is included, and although short, the 1/8 stereo cord pops in quickly to controllers if you want to run it immediately on analog.

I don't plan on using bluetooth as I NEVER take calls while I play or listen, so that's for another time.

The sound is phenomenal compared to what I've heard on other sets, as well as more detailed than my Z-2300, Vizio soundbar, and the other 2.1 systems I have laying around.

Ear cups are super soft and allow me to wear blue filter glasses without irritating pressure while closing the ears off. I do like having a tiny bit of bleed-through from outside noise (there isn't much) so that is controlled by the volume since there is no active sound cancellation.

SOLID construction! NOT going to break or bend easily.

This is hands down the greatest headset I’ve ever tried. I’m picky about sound quality too. I tried all of the nicest premium gaming headsets Best Buy had to offer and this headset is so much nicer. The sound quality is amazing, I’m shocked it’s wireless. The noise cancellation is great, it also has a built in mic so you don’t have to use the one that detaches. The range is fantastic. At first I had connected it to my pc using Bluetooth and I thought it was great. I was limiting my experience though not using the usb dongle it comes with to connect it properly. Once that usb dongle was connected, wow! The headset is amazing! The Audeze app is fantastic for adjusting the headset to your preference.

I'm using mine solely on a Windows 11 PC. I already had the license for Dolby Atmos, so these made the most sense.
I researched new gaming headphones for a few weeks before I stumbled upon one that recommended the Audeze Maxwell's. I was using a pair of four year old Astro A50's that were used daily for probably close to 100 hours/week. Those were great, they were comfortable, they were also getting worn out and recent reviews indicate that Logitech has fumbled the purchase of Astro.
These headphones do exactly what the other reviews say, they sound amazing, battery life is crazy long (the 80 hour estimate is not an exaggeration) and the microphone is excellent.
These were good enough that not only do I recommend them here, I recommended them to my clanmates (old school gamer, we are what we are) and while only one has purchased these, he loves his set too.
Best thing I can say about anything I buy: I would buy them again, without hesitation.
