The TT-8 Mini Tripod and Handgrip with Ball Head from Vidpro was designed for smartphones, action cameras, webcams, and other compact cameras. This set includes a tripod with an adjustable ball head, plus a smartphone clamp with spring tension that can hold smartphones from 2.5 up to 4" wide. The versatile clamp features a built-in shoe-mount for attaching accessories such as lights and microphones. The adjustable ball head supports cameras and phones in both horizontal and vertical positions. The tripod legs have rubber feet to increase traction and stability on surfaces. The feet collapse easily transforming the unit from a tripod to a hand grip. It is great for table-top use such as video conferencing, vlogging, and recording video content.

Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. What is the total weight, including the ball head?

A: The total weight of the FEISOL TT-15 Mark 2 Table Top Tripod and CB-30 Ball Head Kit BH #FECRTT15BH30 is 6.4 oz / 180 g. https://bhpho.to/3D0FWpL

Q: 2. I am having difficulty getting the unit to open in tripod stance. does it swing away from it, or do you pull the two pieces apart? it seems very tight

A: It may be very tight when new. The legs will swng away in opposite directions.

Q: 3. I'll be taking a Nikon D750 along with the following lenses - Nikon 24-120mm F4, Nikon 70-300mm F4.5/5.6, Nikon 85mm F1.8, and a Nikon 20mm F1.8. I'm sure they'll be no issues with the primes. Any issues using this tripod with either of the zoom lenses?

A: You may have problems with the zooms, as the Mini Pro III is only rated to hold up to 2.75 lbs.

Q: 4. Can the ballhead be removed and be replaced by a Leitz ballhead?

A: Yes, the ball head can be removed.

Q: 5. What is the internal diameter? Thanks!

A: The opening is 4 1/4" in the center

Q: 6. Does this come with a quick release plate? If not what can you recommend?

A: The QP-144750 Quick Release Plate is well designed and has bidirectional slots and a lock button that make the mounting/unmounting more secure. The description is misleading where it says "Quick Release Systems not included," so I thought that I needed to add the QP-40 Quick Release Plate at $19.95 which is not as well designed as the included plate. You can compare the two plates if you search the Quick Release Systems accessories for this tripod and order extra QP-144750 plate(s) if you want.

Q: 7. I have a Nikon D750 along with the following lenses - Nikon 24-120mm F4, Nikon 70-300mm F4.5/5.6, Nikon 85mm F1.8G, Nikon 50mm 1.8G, and a Nikon 20mm F1.8. The prime lenses should be ok. Any problem using this tripod with the two zoom lenses?

A: You should be fine except the 70-300 may be a little iffy. Make sure you are on a hard surface, use the delayer shutter release or remote, and use live view to prevent mirror shake. This tripod is great for places that do allow regular tripods, like the new World Trade Center.

Q: 8. When this needs to be recharged how will you know when it is fully charged and how long will it take?

A: The Vidpro Mini LED Video Light Kit for Action Cameras, Camcorders, and Smartphones BH #VILEDM52 does not have an indicator for when it is fully charged.

Q: 9. how much does it weigh without the tripod?

A: The manufacturer does not specify a weight with out the stand. With the stand it is about 0.7lbs.

Q: 10. Can this hold a 5D IV with a canon 100 mm macro lens?

A: Unstable w/ even the 50D w/ non-L 18-250 lens. Definitely not recommend for 5D w/ any lens.
