The HyperPrime Cine 50mm T0.95 Lens from SLR Magic is exceptionally fast, making it suitable for extremely low-light filming. It supports a cine-style workflow when shooting on a camera with a Fuji X mount, and it covers up to Super35/APS-C sensors. It features a T0.95 to T16 iris range with a clickless iris, which allows for smooth iris pulls and geared focus and aperture rings.

The lens features a dedicated X mount to fit any Fuji X mount camera. With a 70mm length and a 12-blade iris, the lens is compact and functional while creating a soft, cinematic bokeh. The 62mm front diameter is similar to other HyperPrime Cine lenses, making it easier to change out lenses using a matte box or follow focus without changing your gear setup. Scale markings are in both feet and meters.

Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. i bought the lens days ago and it moves a little but it stays locked. it moves from side to side. should i return it and get a new one?

A: This seems to be common among SLR Magic lenses. If it's just a little loose and the image quality is fine, there shouldn't be any other issues. You could get a lens mount to help keep it in place.

Q: 2. Could this lens double for photography on a MFT camera? Has anyone tried, is it worth it?

A: yes it will work for stills as well.

Q: 3. Full frame or m4/3 only?

A: These MFT mount lenses can only be used on MFT mount cameras with MFT sensors for two reasons: 1. There are no full frame cameras with an MTF mount. 2. Even if you could mount these on a full frame camera, they would severely vignette on the sensor.

Q: 4. can anybody help me with the wobbling of the lense even though it already "clicked"?

A: If this lens is wobbling on your camera, it likely does not properly fit. I suggest trying a different lens.

Q: 5. What is the FF focal lenght equivalent for this lens?

A: Micro Four Thirds lenses have a crop factor 2x, so this 25mm lens is equivalent to a 50mm Full Frame lens.

Q: 6. Is it just me or does the aperture ring very tight and slightly difficult to turn?

A: Should loosen up a bit with use.

Q: 7. How does it perform on a full frame sensor.in terms of coverage is vigneting unacceptable if so would a center spot graduated filter help?

A: This lens will not cover a full frame sensor.

Q: 8. Is it weather sealed?

A: Not to my knowleadge

Q: 9. Will any of these fit a Nikon F-mount?

A: We're afraid not. SLR Magic does not offer this lens in an F-Mount at this time.

Q: 10. Will the SLR Magic Anamorphot-40 Compact work on this?

A: Yes, this lens has the correct 52mm filter thread and it is the proper focal length for use with B&H # SL2595LMFT3.https://bhpho.to/2ow9shl
