A: These disks require a thermal Inkjet printer like the Microboards G4 Disc Publisher. It cannot be used with a standard inkjet printer.

A: Yes, the EZ Dupe Gold Series 1-Copy 24x DVD & CD Duplicator BH #EZD1TDVDLGB can copy commercial music CD's. It will not copy DVD's that have copy protection.

There is an LED light on the front panel next to an "IR LOCK" indication to the right of the device's digital display that would confirm this has been engaged. To disengage IR Lock, press and hold Shift and then press Pause on the DN-500BD MKII’s front panel.
