A: I think you'll be fine. I have two of these. One is holding a 43 Hisense TV that I use as a second monitor. It's a little lighter at 22 pounds, but I have it on an extension arm. (Essentially another of the top arms). It's over the rating of the unit with the extension, but it's been fine.Also, I move these around.
