Q: 2. Nikon 70-200 f4

A: I have the Nikon 70-200 2.8 so I'm not sure. Sorry!

Q: 3. does this come with a lens keeper?

A: No, Nikon 72mm Snap-On Lens Cap does not come with a cap lens keeper. If you do want one this is one, https://bhpho.to/3LMTKYI .

Q: 4. Will this fit an AF-S Nikkor 24-70 mm 1:2.8E lens?

A: No, the Nikon 72mm snap-on lens cap is too small for the AF-S Nikkor 24-70mm f/2.8; the lens needs an 82mm lens cap.

Q: 5. Which lens cap fits AF-S DX Nikkor 18-105mm 1:3.5-56G ED.

A: Any 67mm snap on lens cap such as this one will work just fine for your AF-S DX Nikkor 18-105mm f/3.5-5.6G ED lens.

Q: 6. Will this fit a 35-70mm lens?

A: If you are referring to the Nikon AF Zoom-Nikkor 35-70mm f/2.8D then no, this lens cap will not fit. You would need a 62mm lens cap. I hope that helps but without knowing which 35-70mm lens you are talking about it is difficult to answer with any accuracy.

Q: 7. Does this fit the older model Nikon 2.8 180mm manual lens?

A: If you are referring to the Nikon AF NIKKOR 180mm f/2.8D IF-ED Lens (B&H # NI18028DEDAF), or if your lens uses 72mm filters (as the Nikon AF NIKKOR 180mm f/2.8D IF-ED Lens does), then yes, the Nikon 72mm Snap-On Lens Cap would be compatible for use with your lens.

Q: 10. I need t a new lens cap (original) for my AF-S Nikkor 18-200mm lens. Could you advise which size I should get? I can't see one specifically for that lens. Thanks

A: If you go to the BHPhoto web site and look up the Nikon AF-S DX NIKKOR 18-200mm f/3.5-5.6G ED VR II Lens specifications::You will see that the filter mount is 72mm. This is the size of the lens cap you should buy.

Excellent quality lens mount caps - fit better than the Nikon caps for their pro lenses. This set was to replace the cheap white ones Nikon supplied for their inexpensive DX kit lenses.

Fits my sigma lens as it should. Bought a second lens and they had a rear cap on it made for nikon f mount but it seemed a little finicky to get the cap onto the lens. Didn't have that problem with this cap.

This Sigma Nikon F Mount rear lens cap fits on Nikon-mount lenses and protects the rear elements of these lenses. Bravo, Sigma, Bra-vo!

I LOVE these rear caps. I find them entirely superior to the supplied Nikon rear caps. They have markers for all three mounting positions, unlike Nikon's. Also, they require a longer twist before they achieve maximum tightness than the Nikon caps, which you only twist maybe half an inch before they're tight. This longer twist means that it will require more accidental twist in a bag to remove; thus, these are less likely to fall off. Also, I find the ribbed outer edge more conducive to tightening than the relatively smooth surface of Nikon rear caps. I've purchased one of these for all of my Nikon lenses.

I've bought six lenses as part of my Nikon kit; the sixth happened to be a Sigma, and the cap impressed me so much that I ordered five more. Nikon's stock caps require both hands, one holding the lens, to remove and replace. With the Sigma I can remove and replace one-handed, speeding up lens changes- great product!
