A: I wouldn't use this for that. There are several layers that roll into itself, so the tripod would have to be on the tiny side. There aren't any straps or a pocket it keep a tripod secure, inside the pouch. Lastly, the integrity of the fabric doesn't seem like it would be good for that much weight. Id hold out for a affordable bag designed for a tripod.

So, unfortunately the 24-70 will not be compatible. However, you will want to get the dedicated adapter ring for your 14-24mm f/2.8 lens.
