Designed specially for musicians, this Bluetooth device pairs with your Boox e-ink tablet and includes left and right pedals that quickly turn e-score and document pages back and forth using your feet as you play your instrument or perform other manual tasks. The skid-resistant design helps to keep the pedals in place as you work. Made from durable aluminum and weighing less than a pound, you can quickly pack this wireless page pedal in a bag for travel. The pedals work using an internal battery that can be recharged through the micro-USB port using the included cable. The pedals are also compatible with Apple and Android tablets using four selectable key modes that work with most apps.

Nice product. I use it every day with forScore on an iPad. Easy to set up and has no connection/delay issue whatsoever. I use rechargeable AAA batteries with it. It also has additional functions, but I only use the basic functionalities. 5

Even cooler than I expected. It's insane how far e-ink technology has come. I can type on it almost as fast as I can in my phone. Battery isn't anything to write home about when you have wifi turned on but I knew this before I purchased. Smaller and much thinner than I expected. 5

Switching from another pedal, I had to get used to how sensitive the Firefly pedals are. Whereas I had to stomp on the old pedal to turn pages, the Firefly with its larger, sloped pedal surfaces, is much easier to use. I also like how the forward and back pedals are safely separated by a nice distance, to avoid accidentally pressing on the back pedal when trying to turn pages forward. It is bigger and bulkier than my older pedal, but I think it's an okay trade-off as it's still on the slim side. 5

Could have a bit stronger magnets in the back, sometimesII go to open the case and I'm greeted by the back of the device instead of the front. Otherwise, feels great, works great, it's super convenient for turning the screen on and off and it protects the reader from all the stuff in my bag. 5

Good eReader that allows you to get your books from any source. Works well with its dedicated case, very pleasant and evenly distributed back light, high quality screen, supports native fonts for different languages. Couple of possible improvements: I wish it was 8 inches, not 7. Also, the battery does drain a little in sleep mode even with airplane mode on. All in all, I recommend the device as a daily use eReader. 5
