A: There are several differences. The Plus model has a 4-second delay versus a 2-second delay. The Plus model can trigger in continuous mode while the regular one shoots single shots. And, most importantly (at least for me), with the Plus model you can press the shutter button on the transmitter halfway to focus like you can with the shutter button on your camera.
