$149.85 $236.76

The black and gray Pro-Sports Waterproof SLR Camera Bag from OverBoard is rated to hold your pro-size DSLR system for quick submersion to a depth no greater than 3'. The bag is designed to not only protect your gear from water, but also from dust, dirt and sand. If dropped in water, it floats for easy identification and retrieval. The bag is made from 600D polyvinyl chloride tarpaulin with welded seams and a padded base for additional protection when placed on the ground. The thinly-padded walls provide scratch and minor bump protection.

The interior has a large storage space and two elasticized mesh accessory pockets. As there are no interior dividers, gear should be packed in individual wraps prior to storage. The light gray interior helps you locate items in low lighting. The exterior includes four D-rings on which you can attach optional items. The front includes a reflective patch for more visibility when walking at night.

The bag is sealed using OverBoard's Fold Seal System. Roll the top down four times and secure with the two snap couplers that, once connected, will create a carry handle. Basic portability is via the two adjustable and removable shoulder straps that can be worn in front or back. Should the bag become soiled, it can be readily wiped clean.

Q: 1. Will this bag fit a Nikon 850 with grip and a Nikon 200-500mm lens?

A: Yes it will fit

Q: 2. Will this bag hold a Nikon cool pix 1000

A: Yes, the Nikon P1000 will just fit in that bag.

Q: 3. Will the bag still float while holding 12 pounds of gear?

A: It will not be able to float with 12 pounds of gear in it.

Q: 4. Hi, I am interested in this bag as a camera/day bag. I have a Nikon D700 with either a 28-105 or 24-70 2.8 lens. I was wondering how much space is left over after the camera is in the bag? It is hard to get an accurate idea of space solely by volume in liters due to the necessity of rolling the top as well as the foam padding. A review video or pictures of this in action would be perfect. If not, if someone would be able to let me know if this bag would hold other items as well as my camera. Thanks!

A: This camera bag is open inside without any kind of dividers, and the amount of space that remains is dependent on which lens you choose to attach to the camera. Generally speaking, the Nikon 24-70 f/2.8 and D700 body will take up all of the depth of this bag, as this combination is eight inches long, and this bag's depth is about the same measurement.

Q: 5. I want a backpack bag for my Nikon Z6 with 100-400 lens with an FTD extender. Will it fit? And will velcro dividers from another bag adhere to the sides?

A: While the Overboard Pro-Sports Waterproof SLR Camera Bag can hold your Nikon Z6, an FTZ adapter and the 100-400mm lens, it cannot accept velcro dividers from another bag that would adhere to the sides.

I bought this bag to protect my canon r7 and rf 100-500 on a sea kayaking trip. The day before my excursion I found out that I wouldn't be able to hold my bag in my lap so I had to leave my camera at at the hotel. I didn't get to use this in the field but I will def use it for normal kayaking in the future. Very simple design, plenty of room for my camera and lens, you can stuff it will a towel for some padding, and the waterproofing looks like it will hold up great. Also the price is excellent.

I like that you can carry by the handle or use as a backpack. Exactly what I was looking for. I take it on my kayak and sit it in my lap to quickly take the camera out for shots and then slip it back in. I would have liked some padding but then it might be too bulky or heavy.

I've been looking for a suitable waterproof solution when I take out the zoom lens and DSLR out on the water. I already have several products; like Pelican cases. Stealth and easy accessibility is important. This Overboard waterproof SLR camera bag fits the bill. More than enough room for my Nikon D4 and Nikkor 200-500mm lens. While it does come with two clipping straps for backpack mode. I haven't used it that way.

Have not put into action yet but the feel and quality seems to be there. Rating is only based on that.

I bought this for my "new" mint Mamiya C220 Pro and it works perfectly - a nice, snug fit that keeps my camera dry. In a surprise Texas downpour, it's imperative to have a way to protect my medium format baby.

I used this dry bag to protect my OM-1 and lens while kayaking in Lake Superior. I wasn't worried about a few splashes but the bag could sit in the (very wet) bottom of the kayak in front of me and hold the camera and lens safely when not being used. Also for peace of mind in case my poor kayaking skills proved problematic.
