Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. What is the internal volume of the lens sack?

A: If the dimensions of the beanbag are 19.5 x 11.5 inches (49.5 x 29.2 cm), then the overall volume is 224.25 cubic inches (1445.4 cubic centimeters). That converts to about 1.0 US gallon, specifically 0.971 gallon (3.675 liters). Anything more accurate than that could be provided by the manufacturer.

Q: 2. What do you fill camera beam bags with

A: You can use a variaty of options to fill your LensCoat LenSack Beanbag Camera Support. You can use from dry beans, rice, soil or sand.

Q: 5. Will this fit Nikon z 24-120?

A: Yes, the LensCoat LensPouch (Small Wide, Black) can fit the Nikon NIKKOR Z 24-120mm f/4 S Lens (Nikon Z).

Q: 6. Will the large fit the Tamron 70-200mm f/2.8 SP Di VC USD? Physical size of lens is 3.39 x 7.76 inches. Not sure if the 4x8 nature of this case allows for the cinching of the bag.

A: You would best be advised to buy the X-large instead. I have the large unit and I keep a Canon EF 75-300 mm telephoto lens in it. My lens is about 6.75 inches in length, and I have about 1.5 inch left at the top to pull the closure completely closed. Your Tamron lens would be a VERY tight fit; and possibly not have extra room for complete closure. It is possible that if you buy the X-Large unit; you may even have enough height to store the Tamron lens with a lens hood (if you use one) installed. The Canon lens I have stored in my Large bag does not have enough height to allow me to keep the lens hood on it while in the Large bag. I hope this helps you.

I needed a bag or covering to protect my 70-200mm lens and this pouch fills the bill. The bag is roomy and the neoprene gives my lens the extra bit of protection from bumps and wear. Although it has a clip to attach to your camera bag or belt, the lens is super heavy and I would worry about it bouncing around in that kind of situation. This pouch is just what I needed!
