(is it windy, rainy, hot, cold, etc) All of these factors will affect how well the suction cup will hold therefore we can not give you a straight answer in regards to maximum speed. It is best to use safety cables/equipment with the camera to make sure that you can save the camera even if the suction cup loses its grip.
