The cage protects your camera on three sides while maintaining access controls on all sides, and it leaves the camera's handgrip openly accessible. It features engraved focal plane markings to ensure accurate measurement.

Accessories can be mounted around the cage using the 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 threads that feature ARRI-style anti-twist locating holes. There is also a shoe mount on top and two 3/8"-16 mounting threads on the front of the cage to add optional rod mounts, microphones, lights, or other accessories. A: No, the SmallRig Standard Accessory Kit for Blackmagic Design Pocket Cinema Camera 6K Pro/6K G2 will not work with the Blackmagic Design Cinema Camera 6K (Leica L). Cages need to be designed for the new camera body which is different that the Pocket Camera models. At this moment cages for the Cinema camera 6k have not been released.

A: While we have not been able to test it with the new 6K Pro, the camera has different dimensions than the 4K/6K (it's larger) and might not sit completely correctly in the cage. It is our assumption that Wooden Camera will soon release a unified accessory kit for the 6K Pro separately.

A: Yes, 12" rods would be long enough to cover the camera, a Sigma 18-35 lens, and a V-Mount plate, though the plate might sit too close to the camera's LCD screen to fully articulate the screen.
