A: Yes, but I found it hard to get all the prints out of the box with ease, other boxes that open up with one side open are far better and deeper

A: The Canson Infinity PhotoSatin Premium RC 270 Archival Photo Inkjet Paper (24" x 100' Roll) is a new product, however we do currently have some that are used for sale as well. Our used products have been owned and used and then sold back to us, which we then sell again at a discounted price.

Q: 3. can I use this in my laser printer?

A: It is not recommended for laser printers, nor made for them. It will work with both dye and pigment inks on an inkjet printer

Q: 4. Is this truly an A4 box? Specs indicate it's too small for A4 paper which is 297mm long. It looks like this box falls a cm short.

A: This box will fit letter size, 8.5x11 and or A4 paper. The interior size is Interior Box Size is 22.5cm x 31cm x 3.5cm/ 8.9in x 12.2in x 1.4in

Q: 5. It's not clear to me which MOAB papers are for dye printers versus pigment printers.....a few specify but not all. For instance, Entrada and Somerset don't tell you which they are intended for. Is there an easy way to distinguish?

A: All of the Moab papers are recommended for pigment inks. Most are compatible with both pigment and dye inks. If it does not list dye ink in the overview or specifications, then it is not recommended for it.

Q: 6. is this compatible with the canon pima pro 100?

A: Yes, it is compatible and it is best to use the printer specific ICC profiles for the Canson Infinity Platine Fibre Rag Paper and the Canon PIXMA PRO-100 Wireless Professional Inkjet Photo Printer when printing. Q: 7. Is this an inkjet paper?

A: Yes this is an inkjet paper but meant for higher end inkjet that handle fine art papers.

Q: 8. Will this material work on HP latex like 700 W?

A: The Canson Infinity Platine Fibre Rag 310 paper base meet the requirement of ISO 9706, is optimized for pigmented inks, and compatible with dye inks but is not recommended for HP latex.

Q: 9. What is the weight and texture of this paper?

A: The weight of the Canson Infinity ARCHES 88 is 310gsm (Grams per Square Meter). The paper is made out of 100% cotton. The surface feel is matte and finish is extra smooth.

Q: 10. Does this paper have much of a "curl" to it? Some heavier papers are almost unusable when I get to the end of a roll in my Epson 4880.

A: All papers will have a slight curl that will straighten out over a short period of time. This paper should not have any issues.
