The WiMi6220 Wireless 3G-SDI & HDMI H.264 Encoder/Transmitter from Nimbus pairs with an optional WiMi6220 receiver as a point-to-point Wi-Fi transmission system with a 4921' range and only 80ms latency. With both units featuring built-in 5 GHz Wi-Fi, no additional network connection is required. This model can be powered using the included V-mount battery plate or via the 2-pin LEMO power connector for continuous power.

The transmitter encodes and sends up to a 1080p60 SDI or HDMI signal as an H.264 encoded signal, and the receiver decodes and outputs it as video. The transmitter is also capable of multicasting to up to four receivers at the same time over the same range and with the same near-zero delay.

An Ethernet port, which allows for CCU/PTZ camera control, can also be used for wired connectivity and 1080p60 transmission to the receiver via Cat 5e cable. The WiMi6220 transmitter also features an RS-422 interface and a two-way talk-back audio jack. With a corresponding audio jack available on the receiver, the talk-back port allows connecting a headset mic for communicating with talent. The WiMi6220 transmitter offers a 1/4"-20 mounting thread on the bottom.

Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. Can this link a smartphone running Snapbridge to a Nikon Z8?

A: No, the smartphone link feature for the Accsoon CineView HE Multi-Spectrum Wireless Video Transmitter is intended to work with the Accsoon Go viewer app, for live video monitoring.

Q: 2. Can the USB C output be used with a USB C monitor?

A: The USB-C output on the Accsoon CineView HE Extra Receiver is a UVC webcam output. It does not support DisplayPort signal output that would allow connection to a monitor. You could use an SDI to HDMI converter and output from the SDI port on the Accsoon Receiver.

Q: 3. What is the latency of the signal?

A: Cine-Gears does not list latency. The only state "your video and audio signals get sent at industry-leading speeds from A to B." Since the B&H reviewers make no mention of latency and seem please with the performance of the equipment, we will say that you probably will be too.

Q: 4. Has anyone used this with a C300mk2? Ive seen a few other systems that had compatibility issues with the Canon.

A: While we are not aware of specific testing, this system should work with the C300 Mark II. You will just need to make sure you are outputting an HD Signal from the camera. It will not process a 4K signal.

Q: 5. How many transmeter I can connect to wireless video receiver. And whats the cost single wireless transmeter. Thank you

A: You can only connect 1 transmitter to a receiver. However you can connect an Unlimited number of Ghost-Eye Receivers to a single transmitter with this product. This is a new product and we do not have just the receiver available for individual purchase at this time. However we would imagine it will be available in the near future.

Q: 6. Can two or three sets be used simultaneous for multi camera setups?

A: Shimbol does not state if multiple sets of the Shimbol TP Mini 600' HDMI Wireless Video Transmission System can be used in the same area. You may be able to use multiple sets, but there will be the possibility of interference when doing so.

Q: 7. Can you only buy transmitter and pair with phone/tablet without purchase the receiver?

A: Yes, the Accsoon CineView HE Multi-Spectrum Wireless Video Transmitter will allow you to view on up to four tablets or phones directly, without needing to purchase the Accsoon CineView HE Receiver.

Q: 8. This system came up when I filtered for "uncompressed" wireless systems. Is it truly uncompressed? Is there any quality loss?

A: The SWIT CURVE500 HDMI Wireless Video Transmission System is compressed. This model uses H264 compression. Please see below for SWIT's uncompressed wireless solution. SWIT FLOW500 SDI & HDMI Wireless Video & Audio Transmission System BH #SWFLOW500

Q: 9. I'm using an SDI splitter on an FX6. Feeding Ninja 4k60 but client monitor only needs 1080. Will this down covert a 12G signal?

A: The Accsoon CineView SE Multi-Spectrum Wireless Video Transmission System will not down convert a 4k60p signal. The Accsoon CineView SE Multi-Spectrum Wireless Video Transmission System can only accept up to a 1080p60 fps signal via SDI.

Q: 10. Can I input HDMI and output SDI or vice verça?

A: No, the Lilliput WS500 Wireless Video Transmission System does not have a HDMI to SDI cross conversion function. SDI signals would only output from SDI. HDMI would only output from the HDMI port.
