Q: 6. I'm using Sony a1, but the computer I wanted to use for tethering is an Apple Macbook pro from late 2015 (older version thunderbolt that looks like mini usb mini, hdmi port, and usb-a) In this case, how should I use this cable to connect my camera to the computer?

A: You can also use the USB-A port on your computer and the cable on the following link would also work, just copy and paste it on the address bar: https://bhpho.to/3ynwDiV

Q: 7. Some Arca dovetails from other brands don't lock up tight with the RRS lever clamps. Will the Tether Tools TA-CSLB Arca base secure tightly with Really Right Stuff Lever clamp such as the RRS B2-LLR II?

An enhancement to the original. However, it is clearly designed for Tether Tools cables, as it will not accept a thicker conventional HDMI cable.

An ingenious cable clamp for cage setups and tethering. I like the instant and cheap nature of Sprigs but this is an actual clamp rather than a guide. You can control the cable orientation much better and since it actually holds the cable (I tested this up to a Thunderbolt 4 drive cable, no problems) its pretty steady once it is in. Depending on how you rig, this is an upgrade to their Jerkstopper system which allowed a fair amount of play. Spendy, but it's kind of the only thing that does what it does.

Good option to hold tether cables if the table you are using is made of metal, it has magnets that will hold the cables
without problems, if your table is not made of metal, the guards themselves have 3M glue.

I have Tether Tools' Jerkstopper but all of them have flaws. They dont actually hold the cable and it's easy to be removed. Yes, seriously. I had no idea why they even make jerkstopper like that. I was very disappointed and it actually ruined several sessions.

Recently, Tether Tools announced a new jerkstopper which is Tetherguard and I bought them. Unlike the previous version, it hold the cable very tightly so you dont need to worry about loosen jerkstopper anymore which is good. And the camera holder has to side: both them have magnet but one side has a block so you wont gonna loose by accident.

Overall, it's an improved version of jerkstopper and you should buy it instead of jerstopper which is a trash itself. I highly recommend it if you want to hold your tether cable.
