This make complete sense because you can be situationally aware of where your feet are going. We feel you should not have any particular issues here since the camera, the cage and the monitor do not exceed the weight capacity of the rig. You should be able to balance. However the C300 weighs around 6 pounds, before a lens, and you can even strip it down a bit for it to weight less. It will be possible to use this stabilizer with the C300, if you keep the total weight under 10 pounds.
