The plate enables you to use a professional, high-capacity Gold mount battery to power your camera, while leaving the camera's DC input free, enabling hot-swap battery changes with available AC power. It mounts directly onto the integrated dual BP-U battery plates on the RED KOMODO camera.

The plate features integrated D-Tap, USB Type-A, and 2-pin LEMO-style outputs to power a variety of select accessories.
