The I8016-LVE Network Video Intercom from Axis Communications is a door station that combines a video intercom with remote access control in one unit. It features two-way audio with noise reduction and echo cancellation, night vision functionality thanks to IR LEDs, a camera that captures 5MP video from a 140° horizontal field of view, and motion detection. A memory card slot supports microSD/SDHC/SDXC cards (available separately).

This intercom complies with ONVIF profiles G & S for interoperability with a wide range of devices. It is rated IP69 (with wall mount, IP66 without mount) and NEMA 4X to protect it from the elements. Additionally, the unit is IK10 rated for protection from vandalism.

Really depends on how much money and time you are willing to spend.
