A: The iRig is not able to be powered via Phantom Power at this time. The iRig Pro I/O can however offer Phantom power to a connected Condenser Mic.

Q: 3. I want start streaming teaching keyboards lesson using my Yamaha Genos now my question is should I use it with iPad Pro, iPhone or Mac?

A: Either platform will work great. The iRig Pro I/O can be used with Zoom on iOS or Skype, Zoom, or any other app which allows digital audio input. Personally, I suggest Mac for more options, but you could really utilize both. When you are home use Mac or when you're away use iOS.

Q: 4. If this irig pro I/o plugs directly into the lightning port, how can I charge my phone? Belkins lightning splitter only supports 24/48 audio. Can still use this with my mini audio jack on my iPhone 6?

A: There's an optional power supply that can run Pro I/O and charge your device at the same time.When you connect this the headphone jack on the iPhone 6 won't work, but there's a headphone jack on the Pro I/O itself you can plug into instead.

A: iRig Pro I/O LEDs Status / Audio level LED The lower LED will show the audio signal level and the status of the unit as follow: • LED Off: iRig Pro I/O is not connected to any power source. • LED Bright blue: iRig Pro I/O is connected and a signal is present at the input of the channel. • LED Green: The input signal of the corresponding channel is low. • LED Orange: The input signal of the corresponding channel is OK. • LED Red: The input signal of the corresponding channel is too high.

A: The iRig Pro DUO will connect via the Lightning port and does transmit a stereo signal to the iOS device.

Q: 9. if I want to livestream with my iphone 7plus on facebook, using external mic and irig pro I can control sound for livestream and it would work seamlessly?

A: You can control the input gain on the microphone which would affect the volume in Facebook Live but it's not a pure volume control. But it should still work fine, I know many people using Pro I/O for Facebook streaming with no issues.

Q: 10. What does the headphone output hear? Is it the Input before the preamps, the Output after the preamps, or is it used just for listening to a replay?

A: The headphones can either monitor the post mix or with the direct monitor switch engaged, the dry signal.
