A: The Kupo Junior Drop Down works very well and is smooth. Note, most do not use the complet item in in a straight down position The pin is what is made and used in a straight down position. And that way it works very well.

A: The best way is to attach the adapter to one side of the drop down ceiling frame and with your hands squeeze the sides together to move the scissor action so it fits on to the other side.Some times with these types of adapters you need to do it a few times to loosen it up.If you still have an issue please contact customer service directly.

A: I have 2 of these. No it can't be rotated as the tripod is at the bottom only. I will also mention that if you are in need of setting up against a wall, this requires 4 feet of depth due to the design. As far as wrinkle free, pretty disappointing as well. again I have 2 that currently sit unused for these reasons.

Q: 9. Are the holes on the ends suitable to just place on top of 2 C-Stands or is there a similar product that is? Otherwise what else do I need? Does it need to be extended at certain positions to 'lock' in place to be strong or can you put at any position? Lastly I see in one of the comments this has been discontinued but still available???

A: Each end of the cross bar is suitable to fit over a 5/8" stud, even the studs on a C-stand which are the same size. We have not heard any plans of this product being discontinued on the manufacturer's end.
