Q: 10. I wasn't signed in when I asked my question. Been using a wired Expert for 30 years. Purchased a Blue Tooth wireless when my wired died. It wont pair with either of my HP laptops one is running Win8.1 the other Win 10. Whats a girl to do?

A: Hello. I know, it seems that turning the mouse 'ON' and flipping the switch to 'Bluetooth' would be all that you need to do to pair. However, you also need to hold down all the mouse buttons, simultaneously, for about 3-5 seconds. After that, a blue light will start flashing near the bottom of the mouse, and the entry Expert Wireless TB should show up in your available Bluetooth devices list for pairing. There is a very poorly designed, and difficult to read, graphic on the bottom of the mouse illustrating this. Good luck pairing.

I've read some people will go to great lengths to purchase the now-defunct M570, this mouse's precursor. I like my M570, but this one feels every bit as comfortable in the hand.

The M570's greatest strength was it was a workhorse. I used mine for 5+ years, and it never had any issues. I got this mouse because the bluetooth was needed for my MacBook without a USB-A port. So far, so good, but we'll see if the longevity is as good as the M570.

One word of caution for someone who's never tried a trackball-style mouse... it's not for everyone! If you do very precise work--such as 3-D modeling or graphic design--this one takes some getting used to.

This trackball is great! I enjoy using it daily, and the grip is firm, and the action accurate. It is a great improvement over the older one, that I have had in working condition for over ten years now, as it feels better and looks better, but operates the same. I have always felt that the Logitech trackball was the best pointer experience I have used, in my 23 years of using computers, and this improvement is most welcome. Thanks, Logitech!

I was disappointed to learn that logitech had discontinued the M570 trackball, but the M575 is even better. It has built-in bluetooth or dongle (usb) connectivity.

Since the device I use only has one USB port having this BT device is a must. Have had Logitech trackballs for many years so will always recommend them to anyone who asks.

I purchased this mouse because I have carpal tunnel. My hand feels much better. It does take some time to get used to working with the trackball, but I'm getting the hang of it.
