Designed for the modern classroom, the ScreenBeam 1000 EDU 4K Wireless Display Receiver with Classroom Commander delivers app-free, wireless presentations with crystal-clear 4K image resolution from any teacher laptop, smartphone, tablet, or room computer (Windows/macOS/iOS/Android/Chromebook). Wireless display cuts the cord between the teacher's device and the classroom display, giving the ability to wirelessly markup content on the room display or student screen. By eliminating cables, teachers are now agile, making it easier to interact with students and provide individual attention without interrupting the lesson.

The 1000 EDU allows teachers to display up to four student screens simultaneously. With a Windows 10 device, they can ink and annotate Office 365 apps and share notes to student devices or the front-of-room display. The Classroom Commander software is included to combine enhanced wireless display with orchestration for up to 50 Windows 10 or Chromebook student devices, resulting in teacher/student interactions that foster creative productivity and encourage meaningful collaboration.

The 1000 EDU offers teacher and guest devices multiple ways to connect including Miracast, local Wi-Fi mode, and network infrastructure connectivity—providing more flexibility, reducing complexity, and lowering cost for a variety of network policies and deployment needs. An HDMI input is available for wired connectivity to older devices without wireless capability.

Integrated HTML-based digital signage enables you to stream customized content in your classroom room or common areas when the displays are not in use.

ScreenBeam natively supports Windows and macOS extended screen mode ensuring content privacy while keeping the device screen available for other actions.

Whether in-room or off-premise, as many as four participants can share content simultaneously during a meeting making it easier for real-time editing of materials.

ScreenBeam Ghost Inking allows teachers to wirelessly markup and annotate content on a wirelessly connected interactive in-room display using any Microsoft Office 365 app running on a Windows computer (Windows Edge, PowerPoint, OneNote, SketchPad, and more). You can then store and share your updated content with everyone in the room instantly.

Ghost Inking technology removes any wireless inking latency for a more intuitive and natural pen-to-paper experience.

Simply turn the Webcam feature on your mobile device to instantly turn it into a mobile document camera, replacing an overhead projector.

Microsoft Whiteboards make it easy for teachers to organize and communicate ideas creatively. ScreenBeam turns that into a mobile experience to enhance student interaction and collaboration.

With Quick Switch Mode, presenters do not need to disconnect to allow the next presenter to assume control, eliminating time-wasting delays and keeping meetings on track.

Digital signage support allows the 1000 EDU to stream signage content when the display is not being utilized. Signage can display in either Fullscreen or Framed mode and will start streaming per the idle time set by the administrator. Supported content formats include: HTML5, WebGL, Video Webm, Video H264, and Video MP4.

The 1100 Plus combines wireless-display and HDMI switching into a single device. The HDMI I/O eliminates the need for an HDMI switch, making rooms fully functional for wired and wireless connections.
