A: This is one of the best gimbals. It is carbon fiber, by that material alone it has less vibration then others.The Wimberley WH-200 is also considered one of the best as well, but is not made of Carbon Fiber.

Does exactly what a mono pod should do which is provide extra stability for long lens shots. Very compact and light weight which makes this nicer than my sturdy but heavier Manfrotto Monopod.
