Just used this filter for the first time on a small lake while canoeing. The difference was amazing. Turned dull photos into contrasting full, colorful photos with depth. Definitely worth the moderate price compared to others I considered. 5

Besides protecting the lens, polarizers give a great effect especially when shooting in day light. The sky turns really blue adding great effects to your photo. 5

So I have had cheaper polarizers in the past and they were horrible. my camera had issues focusing. or blur around the edges. it was bad enough I avoided filters for a long while. I didn't experience any of that with this polarizer if running a 24-105 some people experience some vignetting at around 24mm, I haven't noticed it. maybe it has to do with the difference between full frame and cropped sensor. (i have a 7d) Anyway I am happy with my purchase. did some golf course shots and they turned out great. 5

Wow! Get out in a bright sunny day and this will help to cut down on unwanted replection off water, cars or glass. Make skies bluer and add dfinition to clouds. See the color of the Carribean ocean and not just the blinding glare from the water in your photos. Especially with this big a piece of glass. Well machined threaded rim and frame. Threads on or off easily. A bit Pricey, but so is Better Quality worth paying a bit more. 5
