It is a memory card and is very stable I had no issues with inserting into my console and while some software needed to be downloaded, I was playing a game in less than thirty minutes. It does what I need it to do. 5

I recently bought a Switch Lite which is now my primary console (I own the OG Switch as well) and needed a larger SD card for all the games I'll be downloading on it. To simply put it, 32gb is just not enough storage for the kind of library this console has to play. Buy a microSD saves you a lot trouble and can store enough games for you. The 128gb and 256gb are good starting points for most and SanDisk are very reputable in their quality. 5
