Q: 1. Thanks to Tate and Moe for answering my previous question. One more.. what do you consider a "ton" of photos? I'm going on a trip and estimate I will take about 1000-1500 photos. should I get the 64GB version or 128GB version. Thanks in advance.

A: The pricing is not much different, a 128gb card would be better for travel in case you end up taking more photos than you originally estimated.

Q: 2. How many minutes of 1920x1080 video can be recorded on a 64GB card?

A: You would need to check you're manual for the data rate to be able to tell. It is very dependent on the camera you're using.

Q: 3. will this card work in GoPro Hero7?

A: No, the SanDisk 400GB Extreme UHS-I microSDXC Memory Card would not be compatible for use with the GoPro HERO7 Action Camera. Page 8 of the GoPro HERO7 Black instruction manual states that the three requirements for memory card would be 1) it must be a microSD, microSDHC™, or microSDXC™ card 2) it must have a Class 10 or UHS-I rating, and 3) it must have a capacity up to 128GB. While it does meet two (2) of the specifications, the SanDisk 400GB Extreme UHS-I microSDXC Memory Card is too large as it is over 128GB, which is the maximum capacity size usable with the GoPRO HERO7. As such, I would instead recommend the SanDisk 128GB Extreme UHS-I microSDXC Memory Card with SD Adapter, B&H # SAEMSD128A2, for your usage needs.

Q: 4. Is this card compatible with a LG v60 phone ?

Q: 5. will this card work in my microsoft surface 2 laptop computer running windows 10?

A: Yes, it is compatible.

Q: 6. Are the read and write speeds the same with or without the adapter?

A: The speeds are the same with and without the adapter.

Q: 7. Is it compatible with Gopro 9?

A: The type of card is fine. But Gopro lists up to 256GB. SanDisk 256GB Extreme UHS-I microSDXC Memory Card with SD Adapter BH #SAEMSD256A2 • MFR #SDSQXA1-256G-AN6MA https://bhpho.to/3519YZp

Q: 8. Will this card work with a Garmin Novi 700 series?

A: Works great with the gopro, very fast too.Works with all the cell phones of the family. If the Garmin uses micro SD, it should work, can't see why not.

Q: 9. I am considering buying a laptop that only has a micro SD slot. Would this micro SD card be appropriate (read/write speeds) for storing and playing my music files (about 500+ GB), thus allowing me to free up internal disk space for other storage needs? Thank you

A: Yes. Should all be good to go.

Q: 10. Can I use this in A Nikon D810?

A: No, the San Disk 1TB Extreme UHS-I microSDXC Memory Card with SD Adapter is not recommended for use with a Nikon D810.

I've used many different brands of memory cards and thumb drives. I've never had a problem with SanDisk.

Tried less expensive cards in the past only to find out they eventually failed... Sandusky have never stopped working!

Maybe a bit slow if used in a digital camera. It works just fine when installed in a phone.

I'm often a second shooter with my DJI drone so I use these as throw-aways when giving my videos to the main videographer when they are creating a same-day video. Sometimes I get them back and sometimes not. I record my videos on a much faster video SanDisk SD card and then copy my videos onto one of these cards. It works well and they don't cost very much.

This micro SD card may not record 4K as it is too slow for that kind of work but it is perfect for audio work. 64GB is more than most people will ever need for any job but it is nice to have that security of a high storage capacity for any job.
