The JetPack EVO RED DSMC2 Side Module with V-Mount Plate from Core SWX builds off the first-generation JetPack products, and it adds a direct POGO mount for a RED DSMC2 camera on one side and a V-mount battery plate on the other side. Inside the JetPack lives a 29Wh 4-cell lithium-ion battery which can power a rig running a 15A draw for two minutes, during which you can perform a battery swap.

The internal battery can be used to boost the output from the mounted battery, for example, during camera startup, and the internal battery cartridge is replaceable. The DC power input provides failover as well as hot-swap capability. The JetPack EVO features two D-Tap outputs for powering accessories. Additional accessories can be powered using the attached EVO-MOD24 power module that provides one USB Type-A, one 24V 3-pin Fischer, and two 2-pin LEMO-type outputs.
