Q: 1. What is the expected run time for this battery on a mid 2010 17" MacBook Pro ?

A: Depending on what your settings are and what you're doing around 6 hours of battery life on average.

Q: 2. Photoshop CS6 is working with Mojave OS on my current Mac. What OS does the iMac pro come with? BH says CS6 will not work with iMac pro. If that is the case I will have to get a regular iMac loaded with extra ram and a 1T ssd hard drive. Any opinions out there. Thanks, Sam

A: Adobe software older than the Creative Cloud (CC) versions are not officially supported on macOS 10.14 Mojave. The computers now will come with 10.14 Mojave.

Q: 3. Will the DVD of Photoshop CS6 install and work on the base model iMac Pro? I don't do renta Photoshop.

A: I am sorry the latest OS, will not be compatible with Photoshop CS6

Q: 4. what is the mah?

A: Capacity for the NewerTech 95W NuPower Battery Replacement Kit for 15" MacBook Pro Retina (Mid 2012 to Early 2013) measured in mAh has not been provided by the manufacturer.

Q: 5. Does this battery come with an installation kit?

Q: 6. will this battery work for mid 2012 processor 2.5 Ghz Dual-core Intel core i5?

A: Yes, the NewerTech NuPower Battery for 2009-2012 13" MacBook Pro (Excluding Retina Models) is compatible with 2009-2012 13" MacBook Pros so long as they are not the models with retina displays.

Q: 7. Has anyone edited with this machine with RED raw footage? Looking to upgrade and find minimum specs required to edit in 4k with 8k raw footage

A: All I do is edit on iMac Pro, both Raw and Pro Res. I have a 3.2 Intel Xeon Processor, 64 GB 2666 MHz DDR4, and the better Vega 64 Graphics Card. One thing I regret is not blowing out the memory. Although the Pro is faster than my 2013, it is definitely not the powerhouse it was cracked up to be. Unless you're doing straightforward cuts you will be waiting for effects to to render, even simple transitions. Overall I'm disappointed with the Pro, the price tag is high for a machine that is not as blazing fast as advertised. It does crash from time to time which I did not expect. When I have time I will contact apple and troubleshoot, there are bugs. Hope that helps.

Q: 8. How many mAh is this battery?

A: The capacity of this battery is 8000 mAh.

Q: 9. Please compare the performance of the iMac Pro Graphics card options: AMD Radeon Pro Vega 56 vs 64? Is the 64 only for serious gamers or would a video or photo editor benefit from the upgrade?

A: For photos I wouldnt think Its necessary.Video editing may be another story. Im editing on an external drive so it isnt really that fast at the moment.

Q: 10. Did Apple loose its mind??? 5.5K for base LOL

A: sorry, the base model is $5000 with the Vega 56. this is not an average consumer product and is not comparable to the IMAC. this machine is for heavy animation/3D rendering. this is something for content creators and professionals
