The one pictured is a slip on directly on to the phone, I have a iphone 8 plus and I use either a helium core iphone 8 case that has a 37mm thread for anamorphic lens that you can screw into the case. The other option is a beast grip pro rig or case and its the same type of 37 mm connection.
