I like my builds to be professional and clean looking - not into the see-through panels and RGB nonsense. This case is an absolute steal for the money. It looks so sharp, has amazing airflow, and it comes with 3 fans! The fans are quiet and good enough that I don't plan on replacing them unless they become noisy later on.

This is one of the ONLY good options if you need a 5.25 external drive (or two). This is one of the main reasons I found and purchased it.

The build quality is good, not stellar. I've had other higher-end Fractal cases that were made from much heavier-gauge metal, but at the price, you can't ask for more. It's still plenty solid, looks great, feels great, and its easy to build in. Zero regrets and would totally buy again if I needed another case!

I appreciate the layout - it splits the main compartment into a section for the motherboard, and a section for all of the cables & SATA drives, promoting tidy cable management.

Both side panels are steel, and the power button is the only LED present. Combined with the quiet fans, I can keep this PC in my bedroom where I sleep. It's unobtrusive.

The front panel has a place for a USB-C connector, but you need to buy it as a $15 add-on; I feel like they could have included that in the base model.

I needed a case for a rebuild of my brother's computer. His old case was badly designed and didn't have good airflow. It was causing thermal throttling, and this Fractal case completely fixed that. A lot of his games are running much better, and there's a couple of games he wasn't able to play that he can now.

The Fractal Pop is very sturdy and was very easy to build in. When I eventually get around to building myself a desktop (I'm on a laptop currently) I'll be buying another Fractal Pop from B&H.

I bought the Fractal POP Air solid side panels case because it seems to be one of the few cases with a non-glass side panel remaining. I’ve previously owned the Fractal R4 case and love the quality of Fractal puts into their cases they are really solidly built and always have a beautiful minimalist style to them with the POP Air being no exception.

My Fractal POP Air came with a side that wouldn’t remove itself, but that was no issue as B&H had a very easy and fast exchange process and I was able to receive a replacement within 5 days. The replacement arrived without issue and big props to B&H for the great exchange service.

On to the case itself the positive for me were the design, the space, and ample storage drive options available. With the POP Air I was able to easily fit a Xfx 319 Merc 7800 xt without issue and that gpu is huge. For the storage drives there are so many options to arrange multiple ssds & hdds depending on your needs. Cable management is mostly easy in the case. The area where I had issues was with trying to route some cables on the bottom of my motherboard through the side grommets where they couldn’t bend and fit correctly. Instead I had to route through the bottom grommets.

The biggest cons for me are that the usb-c front panel is a separate adapter that has to be purchased. Fractal really just needs to include that by default in this day and age. The other knock I have against it is that the grommets for cable wiring I would prefer they were rubber lined it would make cable routing a bit easier. But that’s really it on faults I have so far.

Overall tremendous value for such a functional and beautiful case from Fractal would definitely recommend to anybody and same goes for B&H buying and exchange experience both top notch.

This case exceeded my expectations. This is my fifth Fractal Design and one of the best. The Define R4 and Define R6 are great cases but they are heavy cases and a pain to move around. This case is about 10-12 pounds lighter and very substantial. Case management was fairly easy for me, even though I have 8 drives.

The case was easy to use, and I thought the instruction booklet was just enough to help me through my first custom build. The case has easy access to all the cables, and plenty of paths to run all you need.
